Before a meeting always prepare the planned points to talk about. Try at first to write them as bullet points on paper. Then type the points on a Microsoft word.
Meetings are all based on reasoning. Reasoning should be based on facts and proofs. I see this quote by Jonathan Swift expressive:
Always talk to experts in the field of your problem. then summarize the points you want to discuss.
