Thank you all for visiting my website your feedback and positive remarks have made me happy and I look forward to the next coming year 2016. The start of cfd2012 was back at the end of 2012 from that time till now CFD and FEM has developed in such an unimaginable extent.  ANSYS 16 was released a couple of months back showing that ANSYS is still holding a leading postion in the area of computational sciences. What is evident that more material is becoming available online relating to ANSYS this will gradually increase the number of users of such a powerful software. What still holds back the use of ANSYS AQWA is the availability of cheap computers to perform the intense required calculations. ANSYS has not yet introduced any new major modifications to ANSYS ADPL or ANSYS ICEM meshing in the form of interface. For this year ANSYS-FLUENT still comes first place in the place of demand of use in the scientific community, while ANSYS-CFX still comes at a later place; I presume gradually it should catch up in use this year. I am still surprised that ANSYS haven’t yet developed ANSYS-FLUENT interface just like ANSYS-CFX. There is an evident increase in the use of ANSYS stress analysis package with its very powerful tools . Dynamic meshing and Rotating mesh issue is catching up in the research area and more people are applying these functions. I hope that this website has contributed to your development and in you finding your future job.

It is cfd2012.com Second Year Anniversary

Thank you all for visiting my website your feedback and positive remarks have made me happy and I look forward to the next coming year 2015. New CFD software have gained more recognition this year. With the increase of use of the XFlow software where it provides new tools with ease especially resolving the dynamic meshing issue which is very troublesome and time consuming in classical CFD software packages. COMSOL software has become more as an attractive option at scientific institutions due its reasonable price and cost.  ANSYS-FLUENT still comes first place in the place of demand of use in the scientific community, while ANSYS-CFX still comes at a later place; I presume gradually it should catch up in use this year. I am still surprised that ANSYS haven’t yet developed ANSYS-FLUENT interface just like ANSYS-CFX. ANSYS stress analysis package in addition to Bladegen is getting more recognition and scientists are becoming more confident in using the software. Dynamic meshing and Rotating mesh issue is still an issue that is still not wide spread.ABAQUS is still favored for the stress analysis role in the industrial and scientific sector. A new software that also has pushed in into the computational science sector is MentorGraphics.   I hope that this website has contributed to your development and in you finding your future job.

Thank you all for visiting my website your feedback and positive remarks (Since November 2012) have made me happy and I look forward to the next coming year 2014. I pray that the coming year will stay as a Laminar year, no one wishes for a turbulent year full of : high turbulence intensity, Large Eddies, high Reynolds shear stresses, Helicity and many other unwanted parameters. It is recommended that a third order Runge-Kutta method is used for the time stepping method for the year 2014.  Static time stepping is favored for those who are unmarried while for those who are then dynamic time stepping is a must. This is in order to achieve numerical stability throughout the year without a simulation crash to occur. I hope that this website has contributed to your development and in you finding your future job.
