ANSYS-CFX Phase Change Modelling
Once you select the incompressible fluid such as water. You also need to select Total Energy model. You can select under morphology phase change. By knowing the occurring temperature you can predict the rate of evaporation of the fuel droplets.

ANSYS Combustion Models
ANSYS has a number of combustion models that can be used, the selection of the model depends on the applied case of study.
Gas Turbine Mixture Ignition Issue
After setting up your simulation comes the fuel ignition. This can be achieved by using the provided function with ANSYS-CFX. The drop down list is for Jet engine combustors. With several options depending on flow mixture concentrations.
Another method is through specifying the function manually according to distance or time
