Steps for Prototype Modelling and Manufacture During PhD
These are some helpful steps:
1- Propose several elementary designs and their used material.
2- Convert the holes screws, washers used to the standards available in design hand books. Make all the required dimensions in SI units.
3- Meet with your boss and Workshop members, take advice.
4- Following up purchase orders.
5- Estimate the required budget and time for end of project.
6- Debug occurring problems every now and then.

Prototype Modelling
One of the manufacturing machines that can be used to convert the 3D models into a wooden 1/32 scale model is the emco PC Mill 55 machine shown below, I hope a new model has been introduced in order to in cooperate the latest software developments.
