The location of the  Dumbarton Scottish Marine Museum. 

Any ship design team requires a books library for structural calculations, welding methods, model testing, electrical ship systems, propeller design. It seemed that the design office didnt conduct any design calculations for the steam power plants because it most highly they bought already made ones.

Organizational skills are essential for design teams, hence all drawings where referenced . The design team had their own group for ship propeller design, characteristics turbine propeller testing and casting facilities, they used dimensional analysis for their calculations before building a full sized turbine.
