MATLAB Reading List
First of all thanks to the author. This book is an excellent book for undergrad students in the field of engineering, very well written with outstanding solved examples related to the field of engineering applications. The book shows the reader the methodology of writing very simple programs and step by step complicates the studied cases, this methodology involves flow chart diagrams, formula description, dealing with physical units.
It is very well organized with tables at the end of each chapter referencing what commands which where covered in the chapter. The reader will feel comfortable with the software after 2 months of work on this book while implementing these commands , noting that the reader should refresh his linear algebra and numerical analysis. Due to the solved examples covered in this book a (aerospace, mechanical, material science) engineer would find it covering what he usually encounters in lab experiments such as calculation of aircraft drag, generating data tables, calculation of enthalpy, experimental data curve fitting. I hope that was helpful , Good luck. |
