Bullying
This is something essential in work place to differentiate we have a kind personality that wants to work and be good with all but when people have a subversive attitude that results in bullying then you need to be clear about:
To know what is bullying you need to first go through its definition. The definition of bullying and harassment:
Where will the Argument End ?
Always knowing where things will end is a good way to create your strategies to tackle problems at work
Difficult Conversations
The main difficulty with bullies is that they talk in a difficult manner making them difficult to speak with. Because they are trained in this way or there up bringing is in that manner.
What causes a difficult conversation. It is because it covers critical issues usually never covered on usual days.
This is a major issue that affects researchers in the field and have to be aware of in order to protect their mental state of mind. As a researcher you need to think and read and concentrate on very difficult topics of research. If you are in a negative environment then it will proof very difficult to produce any constructive research.
Subversive Harassment
The best thing is always to get out to protect your health soul and state of mind, what you will later find out that the department is run by a bunch of crazy sick academic criminals.
The more the department has ethical and moral hard working people the less likely that rumors spread, that's when people will focus more about the work challenges every one is going through to produce more research and gain more profit.
What ever you do wont make them happy and they will never mention you positive points or contributions. They will always point a right things and show that you need to make them better, while they will assign you impossible tasks that they previously know you cannot achieve.
Usually you are not the first victim they have harmed. There are many silent victims out their. They have sustained their position at the work place because they have been ruthless in destroying other peoples feelings and state of mind with their dead hearts.
The threat to them is your pure soul skills positiveness ethics, love and passion to work. They love to use it, steal your work and destroy your career.
The following image summarizes who spreads rumors. After a while you see haters around you at the work place the fake smile ones they gradually sneak up to you and try break down your self stem. They use fools who are told anything, the fools usually dont question if this is right or wrong. Then comes the ones who have some kind of hate towards you, they accept the rumors based on their bad feelings:
The Phone/Email Tactic for Bullying
The method is very easy anything that has to disturb the student is based on applying wrong laws on the student. To create a problem. So a phone call by the supervisor is conducted to an administrator to initiate the mess and an email is sent to the student. Wrong administrative actions are done on purpose and are always bypassed when the student mentions them to a committee.

Dear Sir,
Thank you for granting me a meeting last week Wednesday. However I would like to raise a few issues:
The first is that I felt intimidated in the way you questioned me about the ideas I raised in my our previous meeting. My recollection suggest that almost 30 minutes was spent on why did I raise these points. The way in which you asked the question seemed aggressive and I felt intimidated by it. The content of our previous meeting raised important issues that affect my progress .I have a right to put across my concerns and I also have a right to put it in writing and request editorial support. I also have a right not to disclose the person who offered the editorial support. Despite this we spent half an hour on this issue and my concern still hasn’t been resolved.
Kind Regards
